We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards. You will never be charged a fee to use PayPal and we will never see or store your card information. 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS and an email notification is sent out to the customer once the order has been shipped. Every order comes with a tracking number at no extra charge to ensure your jewelry gets to you. The shipping cost is determined by location which can be reviewed before making the purchase.

U.S. First class shipping normally takes 3-5 days. We also have faster shipping options available at checkout.

International Priority normally takes 1-2 weeks, depending on customs. However, this is not a guarantee, and we have had packages take as long as 5 weeks to arrive. This is something we cannot control, and is at the discretion of customs. Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. You are responsible for paying these charges.

LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost packages if they are coded as Delivered via the USPS tracking delivery confirmation number that is provided to you once your item(s) ship. We are happy to offer insurance through USPS at the customer's expense. Please contact me before purchasing if you'd like to add insurance to your package. 

LATE PACKAGES: Depending on the season, USPS can get behind on their time frame. As long as we have your package out before the official USPS cutoff, we cannot be held liable for packages that take longer to get to you. 

Our current production time is displayed at the top of the page. Please add the production time and your shipping time to better estimate when you will receive your package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Each piece is custom made for you. Therefore, returns are not accepted. If something is spelled wrong or a mistake was made by me, I will gladly remake the item for you once the original has been mailed back (I will refund the shipping fee). Please make sure to insure your item being shipped back; I cannot be held liable for items being lost when being shipped back to me.
